The article below was written for the Journal of 9/11 Studies for the eleventh anniversary of September 11, 2001, the day that terminated accountable government and American liberty. It is posted here with the agreement of the editors.

In order to understand the improbability of the government’s explanation of 9/11, it is not necessary to know anything about what force or forces brought down the three World Trade Center buildings, what hit the Pentagon or caused the explosion, the flying skills or lack thereof of the alleged hijackers, whether the airliner crashed in Pennsylvania or was shot down, whether cell phone calls made at the altitudes could be received, or any other debated aspect of the controversy.

You only have to know two things.

One is that according to the official story, a handful of Arabs, mainly Saudi Arabians, operating independently of any government and competent intelligence service, men without James Bond and V for Vendetta capabilities, outwitted not only the CIA, FBI, and National Security Agency, but all 16 US intelligence agencies, along with all security agencies of America’s NATO allies and Israel’s Mossad. Not only did the entire intelligence forces of the Western world fail, but on the morning of the attack the entire apparatus of the National Security State simultaneously failed. Airport security failed four times in one hour. NORAD failed. Air Traffic Control failed. The US Air Force failed. The National Security Council failed. Dick Cheney failed. Absolutely nothing worked. The world’s only superpower was helpless at the humiliating mercy of a few undistinguished Arabs.

It is hard to image a more far-fetched story–except for the second thing you need to know: The humiliating failure of US National Security did not result in immediate demands from the President of the United States, from Congress, from the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and from the media for an investigation of how such improbable total failure could have occurred. No one was held accountable for the greatest failure of national security in world history. Instead, the White House dragged its feet for a year resisting any investigation until the persistent demands from 9/11 families for accountability forced President George W. Bush to appoint a political commission, devoid of any experts, to hold a pretend investigation.

On 9/11 Doubts Were Immediate

On September 11, 2001, a neighbor telephoned and said, “turn on the TV.” I assumed that a hurricane, possibly a bad one from the sound of the neighbor’s voice, was headed our way, and turned on the TV to determine whether we needed to shutter the house and leave.

What I saw was black smoke from upper floors of one of the World Trade Center towers. It didn’t seem to be much of a fire, and the reports were that the fire was under control. While I was trying to figure out why every TV network had its main news anchor covering an office fire, TV cameras showed an airplane hitting the other tower. It was then that I learned that both towers had been hit by airliners.

Cameras showed people standing at the hole in the side of the tower looking out. This didn’t surprise me. The airliner was minute compared to the massive building. But what was going on? Two accidents, one on top of the other?

The towers—the three-fourths or four-fifths of the buildings beneath the plane strikes–were standing, apparently largely undamaged. There were no signs of fire except in the vicinity of where the airliners had hit. Suddenly, one of the towers blew up, disintegrated, and disappeared in fine dust. Before one could make any sense of this, the same thing happened to the second tower, and it too disappeared into fine dust.

The TV news anchors compared the disintegration of the towers to controlled demolition. There were numerous reports of explosions throughout the towers from the base or sub-basements to the top. (Once the government put out the story of terrorist attack, references to controlled demolition and explosions disappeared from the print and TV media.) This made sense to me. Someone had blown up the buildings. It was completely obvious that the towers had not fallen down from asymmetrical structural damage. They had blown up.

The images of the airliners hitting the towers and the towers blowing up were replayed time and again. Airliners hit the top portions of the towers, and not long afterward the towers blew up. I turned off the TV wondering how it was that cameras had been ready to catch such an unusual phenomenon as an airplane flying into a skyscraper.

I don’t remember the time line, but it wasn’t long before the story was in place that Osama bin Laden and his al Qaeda gang had attacked the US. A passport had been found in the rubble. Another airliner had flown into the Pentagon, and a fourth airliner had crashed or been shot down. Four airliners had been hijacked, meaning airport security had failed four times on the same morning. Terrorists had successfully assaulted America.

When I heard these reports, I wondered. How could a tiny undamaged passport be found in the rubble of two skyscrapers, each more than 100 stories tall, when bodies, office furniture and computers could not be found? How could airport security fail so totally that four airliners could be hijacked within the same hour? How could authorities know so conclusively and almost immediately the names of the perpetrators who pulled off such a successful attack on the world’s only superpower, when the authorities had no idea that such an attack was planned or even possible?

These questions disturbed me, because as a former member of the congressional staff and as a presidential appointee to high office, I had high level security clearances. In addition to my duties as Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury, I had FEMA responsibilities in the event of nuclear attack. There was a mountain hideaway to which I was supposed to report in the event of a nuclear attack and from which I was supposed to take over the US government in the event no higher official survived the attack.

The more the story of 9/11 was presented in the media, the more wondrous it became. It is not credible that not only the CIA and FBI failed to detect the plot, but also all 16 US intelligence agencies, including the National Security Agency, which spies on everyone on the planet, and the Defense Intelligence Agency, Israel’s Mossad, and the intelligence agencies of Washington’s NATO allies. There are simply too many watchmen and too much infiltration of terrorist groups for such a complex attack to be prepared undetected and carried out undeterred.

Washington’s explanation of the attack implied a security failure too massive to be credible. Such a catastrophic failure of national security would mean that the US and Western Europe were never safe for one second during the Cold War, that the Soviet Union could have destroyed the entire West in one undetected fell swoop.

As a person whose colleagues at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington were former secretaries of state, former national security advisors, former CIA directors, former chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, I was troubled by the story that a collection of individuals unsupported by a competent intelligence service had pulled off the events of 9/11.

As a person with high level government service, I knew that any such successful operation as 9/11 would have resulted in immediate demands from the White House, Congress, and the media for accountability. There would have been an investigation of how every aspect of US security could totally fail simultaneously in one morning. Such a catastrophic and embarrassing failure of the national security state would not be left unexamined.

NORAD failed. The US Air Force could not get jet fighters in the air. Air Traffic Control lost sight of the hijacked airliners. Yet, instead of launching an investigation, the White House resisted for one year the demands of the 9/11 families for an investigation. Neither the public, the media, nor Congress seemed to think an investigation was necessary. The focus was on revenge, which the Bush neocon regime said meant invading Afghanistan which was alleged to be sheltering the perpetrator, Osama bin Laden.

Normally, terrorists are proud of their success and announce their responsibility. It is a way to build a movement. Often a number of terrorist groups will compete in claiming credit for a successful operation. But Osama bin Laden in the last video that is certified by independent experts said that he had no responsibility for 9/11, that he had nothing against the American people, that his opposition was limited to the US government’s colonial policies and control over Muslim governments.

It makes no sense that the “mastermind” of the most humiliating blow in world history ever to have been delivered against a superpower would not claim credit for his accomplishment. By September 11, 2001, Osama bin Laden knew that he was deathly ill. According to news reports he underwent kidney dialysis the following month. The most reliable reports that we have are that he died in December 2001. It is simply not credible that bin Laden denied responsibility because he feared Washington.

But Osama bin Laden was too useful a bogeyman, and Washington and the presstitute media kept him alive for another decade until Obama needed to kill the dead man in order to boost his sinking standings in the polls so that Democrats would not back a challenger for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Numerous bin Laden videos, every one pronounced a fake by experts, were released whenever it was convenient for Washington. No one in the Western media or in the US Congress or European or UK parliaments was sufficiently intelligent to recognize that a bin Laden video always showed up on cue when Washington needed it. “Why would the ‘mastermind’ be so accommodating for Washington?” was the question that went through my mind every time one of the fake videos was released.

The 9/11 “investigation” that finally took place was a political one run from the White House. One member of the commission resigned, declaring the investigation to be a farce, and both co-chairman and the legal counsel of the 9/11 Commission distanced themselves from their report with statements that the 9/11 Commission was “set up to fail,” that resources were withheld from the commission, that representatives of the US military lied to the commission and that the commission considered referring the false testimony for criminal prosecution.

One would think that these revelations would cause a sensation, but the news media, Congress, the White House, and the public were silent.

All of this bothered me a great deal. The US had invaded two Muslim countries based on unsubstantiated allegations linking the two countries to 9/11, which itself remained uninvestigated. The neoconservatives who staffed the George W. Bush regime were advocating more invasions of more Muslim countries. Paul O’Neill, President Bush’s first Treasury Secretary, stated publicly that the Bush regime was planning to invade Iraq prior to 9/11. O’Neill said that no one at a National Security Council meeting even asked the question, why invade Iraq? “It was all about finding a way to do it.”

The leaked top secret Downing Street Memo written by the head of British intelligence (MI6) confirms Paul O’Neill’s testimony. The memo, known as the “smoking gun memo” whose authenticity has been confirmed, states that “President George W. Bush wants to remove Saddam Hussein, through military action, justified by the conjunction of terrorism and WMD. But the intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy.” In other words, the US invasion of Iraq was based on nothing but a made up lie.

As an engineering student I had witnessed a controlled demolition. When films of the collapse of WTC building 7 emerged, it was obvious that building 7 had been brought down by controlled demolition. When physics instructor David Chandler measured the descent of the building and established that it took place at free fall acceleration, the case was closed. Buildings cannot enter free fall unless controlled demolition has removed all resistance to the collapsing floors.

If airliners brought down two skyscrapers, why was controlled demolition used to bring down a third building?

I assumed that structural architects, structural engineers, and physicists would blow the whistle on the obviously false story. If I could see that something was amiss, certainly more highly trained people would.

The first physicist to make an effective and compelling argument was Steven Jones at BYU. Jones said that explosives brought down the twin towers. He made a good case. For his efforts, he was pressured to resign his tenured position. I wondered whether the federal government had threatened BYU’s research grants or whether patriotic trustees and alumni were the driving force behind Jones’ expulsion. Regardless, the message was clear to other university based experts: “Shut up or we’ll get you.”

Steven Jones was vindicated when chemist Niels Harrit of the University of Copenhagen In Denmark reported unequivocally that the scientific team in which he participated found nano-thermite in the residue of the twin towers. This sensational finding was not mentioned in the US print and TV media to my knowledge.

Several years after 9/11 architect Richard Gage formed Architects and Engineers for 9/11 truth, an organization that has grown to include 1,700 experts. The plans of the towers have been studied. They were formidable structures. They were constructed to withstand airliner hits and fires. There is no credible explanation of their failure except intentional demolition.

I also found disturbing the gullibility of the public, media, and Congress in the unquestioning acceptance of the official stories of the shoe-bomber, shampoo and bottled water bomber, and underwear bomber plots to blow up airliners in transit. These schemes are farcical. How can we believe that al Qaeda, capable of pulling off the most fantastic terrorist attack in history and capable of devising improvised explosive devices (IEDs) that kill and maim US troops and destroy US military vehicles would rely on something that had to be lighted with a match? The shoe and underwear bombers would simply have pushed a button on their cell phones or laptops, and the liquid bomb would not have required extended time in a lavatory to be mixed (all to no effect).

None of this makes any sense. Moreover, experts disputed many of the government’s claims, which were never backed by anything but the government’s story line. There is no independent evidence that anything was involved other than firecracker powders.

The case of the underwear bomber is especially difficult to accept. According to witnesses, the underwear bomber was not allowed on the airliner, because he had no passport. So an official appears who walks him onto the airliner bound for Detroit on Christmas day. What kind of official has the authority to override established rules, and what did the official think would happen to the passenger when he presented himself to US Customs without a passport? Any official with the power to override standard operating practices would know that it was pointless to send a passenger to a country where his entry would be rejected.

The circumstantial evidence is that these were orchestrated events designed to keep fear alive, to create new intrusive powers for a new over-arching federal policy agency, to accustom US citizens to intrusive searches and a police force to conducting them, and to sell expensive porno-scanners and now more advanced devices to the Transportation Safety Administration. Apparently, this expensive collection of high-tech gadgetry is insufficient to protect us from terrorists, and in August 2012 the Department of Homeland Security put in an order for 750 million rounds of ammunition, enough to shoot every person in the US 2.5 times.

Naive and gullible Americans claim that if some part of the US government had been involved in 9/11, “someone would have talked by now.” A comforting thought, perhaps, but nothing more. Consider, for example, the cover-up by the US government of the 1967 Israeli attack on the USS Liberty that killed or wounded most of the crew but failed to sink the ship. As the survivors have testified, they were ordered in a threatening way not to speak about the event. It was twelve years later before one of the USS Liberty’s officers, James Ennes, told the story of the attack in his book, Assault on the Liberty. I continue to wonder how the professionals at the National Institute of Standards and Technology feel about being maneuvered by the federal government into the unscientific position NIST took concerning the destruction of the WTC towers.

What will be the outcome of the doubts about the official story raised by experts? I worry that most Americans are too mentally and emotionally weak to be able to come to grips with the truth. They are far more comfortable with the story that enemies attacked America successfully despite the massive national security state in place. The American public has proved itself to be so cowardly that it willingly, without a peep, sacrificed its civil liberty and the protections of law guaranteed by the Constitution in order to be “safe.”

Congress is not about to expose itself for having squandered trillions of dollars on pointless wars based on an orchestrated “new Pearl Harbor.” When the neoconservatives said that a “new Pearl Harbor” was a requirement for their wars for American/Israeli hegemony, they set the stage for the 21st century wars that Washington has launched. If Syria falls, there is only Iran, and then Washington stands in direct confrontation with Russia and China.

Unless Russia and China can be overthrown with “color revolutions,” these two nuclear powers are unlikely to submit to Washington’s hegemony. The world as we know it might be drawing to a close.

If enough Americans or even other peoples in the world had the intelligence to realize that massive steel structures do not disintegrate into fine dust because a flimsy airliner hits them and limited short-lived fires burn on a few floors, Washington would be faced with the suspicion it deserves.

If 9/11 was actually the result of the failure of the national security state to deter an attack, the government’s refusal to conduct a real investigation is an even greater failure. It has fallen to concerned and qualified individuals to perform the investigative role abandoned by government. The presentations at the Toronto Hearings, along with the evaluations of the Panel, are now available, as is the documentary film, “Explosive Evidence–Experts Speak Out,” provided by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth.

The government’s agents and apologists try to deflect attention from disturbing facts by redefining factual evidence revealed by experts as the product of “a conspiracy culture.” If people despite their brainwashing and lack of scientific education are able to absorb the information made available to them, perhaps both the US Constitution and peace could be restored. Only informed people can restrain Washington and avert the crazed hegemonic US government from destroying the world in war.

Unanswered 9-11 Questions Vetted on New Open-Source Debate Website

As we remember the horrific events of 9-11 on this 11th anniversary, it’s an excellent opportunity to remind people that many unanswered questions remain about the day that changed everything. Nearly anyone who takes an honest look at the official explanation of 9-11 realizes it’s at best incomplete, and at worst a complete fabrication.

Many theories have sprung up in an attempt to answer the glaring questions like: How did Building 7 crumble to the ground at free fall speed without having been hit by anything? Or how could jet fuel turn the twin towers into dust? Where is the plane wreckage from Shanksville? Or how did untrained Al Qaeda fighters make nearly impossible flight maneuvers? Or why did America’s air defense stand down? And many more questions expose the official story as bogus.

You won’t see any mainstream media outlets address these questions or even acknowledge any controversy at all despite the obvious discrepancies. Thankfully many independent researchers and the alternative media are doing their best to uncover the truth. But now there is a new platform that allows anyone to contribute their research, theories and evidence to help answer these questions.

A recently launched open-source website has created a user-friendly digital battlefield for the debate over these types of controversial and fiercely contended issues. IssueVet.com has developed an innovative “vetting” software similar to Wiki, designed to break through the Internet clutter and force both sides of an issue to engage in a fair fight and show all of their work.

IssueVet’s open-source interface allows the world to use its collective intelligence and knowledge to work like a team of investigators laying out all of the arguments on their side of an issue and not letting the other side get away with lies, manipulation, oversimplification, speculation, empty conclusions or unreliable evidence.

Top Experts Say Official Explanation Makes No Sense

Numerous structural engineers – the people who know the most about office building vulnerabilities and accidents – say that the official explanation of why building 7 at the World Trade Center collapsed on 9/11 is “impossible”, “defies common logic” and “violates the law of physics”:

• Two professors of structural engineering at a prestigious Swiss university (Dr. Joerg Schneider and Dr. Hugo Bachmann) said that, on 9/11, World Trade Center 7 was brought down by controlled demolition(translation here)

• Alfred Lee Lopez, with 48 years of experience in all types of buildings:

I agree the fire did not cause the collapse of the three buildings. The most realistic cause of the collapse is that the buildings were imploded

• John D. Pryor, with more than 30 years experience:

The collapse of WTC7 looks like it may have been the result of a controlled demolition. This should have been looked into as part of the original investigation

• Robert F. Marceau, with over 30 years of structural engineering experience:
  

  From videos of the collapse of building 7, the penthouse drops first prior to the collapse, and it can be noted that windows, in a vertical line, near the location of first interior column line are blown out, and reveal smoke from those explosions. An independent investigation is justified for all three collapses including the surviving steel samples and the composition of the dust

• Graham John Inman points out:

WTC 7 Building could not have collapsed as a result of internal fire and external debris. NO plane hit this building. This is the only case of a steel frame building collapsing through fire in the world. The fire on this building was small & localized therefore what is the cause?

• Paul W. Mason notes:

In my view, the chances of the three buildings collapsing symmetrically into their own footprint, at freefall speed, by any other means than by controlled demolition, are so remote that there is no other plausible explanation

• David Scott says:

Near-freefall collapse violates laws of physics. Fire induced collapse is not consistent with observed collapse mode . . . .

• Nathan Lomba states:

I began having doubts about, so called, official explanations for the collapse of the WTC towers soon after the explanations surfaced. The gnawing question that lingers in my mind is: How did the structures collapse in near symmetrical fashion when the apparent precipitating causes were asymmetrical loading? The collapses defies common logic from an elementary structural engineering perspective. “If” you accept the argument that fire protection covering was damaged to such an extent that structural members in the vicinity of the aircraft impacts were exposed to abnormally high temperatures, and “if” you accept the argument that the temperatures were high enough to weaken the structural framing, that still does not explain the relatively concentric nature of the failures.Neither of the official precipitating sources for the collapses, namely the burning aircraft, were centered within the floor plan of either tower; both aircraft were off-center when they finally came to rest within the respective buildings. This means that, given the foregoing assumptions, heating and weakening of the structural framing would have been constrained to the immediate vicinity of the burning aircraft. Heat transmission (diffusion) through the steel members would have been irregular owing to differing sizes of the individual members; and, the temperature in the members would have dropped off precipitously the further away the steel was from the flames—just as the handle on a frying pan doesn’t get hot at the same rate as the pan on the burner of the stove. These factors would have resulted in the structural framing furthest from the flames remaining intact and possessing its full structural integrity, i.e., strength and stiffness.

Structural steel is highly ductile, when subjected to compression and bending it buckles and bends long before reaching its tensile or shear capacity. Under the given assumptions, “if” the structure in the vicinity of either burning aircraft started to weaken, the superstructure above would begin to lean in the direction of the burning side. The opposite, intact, side of the building would resist toppling until the ultimate capacity of the structure was reached, at which point, a weak-link failure would undoubtedly occur. Nevertheless, the ultimate failure mode would have been a toppling of the upper floors to one side—much like the topping of a tall redwood tree—not a concentric, vertical collapse.

For this reason alone, I rejected the official explanation for the collapse of the WTC towers out of hand. Subsequent evidence supporting controlled, explosive demolition of the two buildings are more in keeping with the observed collapse modalities and only serve to validate my initial misgivings as to the causes for the structural failures

• Edward E. Knesl writes:

We design and analyze buildings for the overturning stability to resist the lateral loads with the combination of the gravity loads. Any tall structure failure mode would be a fall over to its side. It is impossible that heavy steel columns could collapse at the fraction of the second within each story and subsequently at each floor below.We do not know the phenomenon of the high rise building to disintegrate internally faster than the free fall of the debris coming down from the top.

The engineering science and the law of physics simply doesn’t know such possibility. Only very sophisticated controlled demolition can achieve such result, eliminating the natural dampening effect of the structural framing huge mass that should normally stop the partial collapse. The pancake theory is a fallacy, telling us that more and more energy would be generated to accelerate the collapse. Where would such energy would be coming from?

The above is just a sample. Many other structural engineershave questioned the collapse of Building 7, as have numerous experts in other disciplines, including:

• The former head of the Fire Science Division of the government agency which claims that the World Trade Centers collapsed due to fire (the National Institute of Standards and Technology), who is one of the world’s leading fire science researchers and safety engineers, a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering (Dr. James Quintiere), called for an independent review of the World Trade Center collapse investigation. “I wish that there would be a peer review of this,” he said, referring to the NIST investigation. “I think all the records that NIST has assembled should be archived. I would really like to see someone else take a look at what they’ve done; both structurally and from a fire point of view. … I think the official conclusion that NIST arrived at is questionable.

Griscom) said that the official theory for why Building 7 collapsed “does not match the available facts” and supports the theory that the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition

Washington’s covert alliance with Al-Qaeda terrorists in Syria proves that the U.S. war against Al Qaeda was never genuine. The official 9/11 story served as a sacred myth to brainwash the world and a propaganda cover for the pursuit of criminal imperialist and Zionist goals in the Middle East.

Defeating Al-Qaeda and getting Bin Laden were only the publicly stated goals. They were never pursued with real vigour. America hunting Al-Qaeda is like a dog chasing its own tail. The two are inseparable because they are the same Being. Al-Qaeda is insider code for CIA.

The entire history of the last eleven years about Al-Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden is a lie. Osama Bin Laden was dead before President/CIA asset Barack Obama stepped into the Oval Office.

The scripted assassination of Bin Laden in May 2011 was presented to the world as the bookend of a ten-year long manhunt drama, but the manhunt never happened and the assassination wasn’t real. Bin Laden wasn’t captured and killed in real life.

Obama is a ghostbuster, and Bin Laden was Casper.

The Bin Laden manhunt was a bad, made-for-TV television movie. The casting, directing, and writing deserve three thumbs down.

But it is useful to rewind the movie back to the beginning, and replay the scene of Bin Laden being visited by the CIA at a hospital in Dubai before the 9/11 events. Although the scene was later taken out of the movie by the directors of official reality at the CIA, it still exists in bootleg copies on the Internet.

Also, the moment when the FBI allowed the Bin Laden family to escape from America on a plane was a scene to remember. This was the original inspiration for the film “Snakes on a Plane.”

Moving Bin Laden out of the picture allowed President Obama’s national security team to concentrate full-time on Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal, Libya, Syria, and Iran.

Despite official denials, the reality that Washington and other Western capitals are directing Al-Qaeda terrorists in Syria and providing them with political and media cover is inescapable.

Prof Michel Chossudovsky wrote on September 8, 2012, in his article,“9/11 Mastermind Osama bin Laden: America’s Anti-Soviet “Peace Warrior” and CIA “Intelligence Asset””:

“Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia: The strategic objective of the US-NATO military operations was to destabilize and destroy the Yugoslav Federation using Al Qaeda terrorist operatives as a means to triggering sectarian strife and ethnic divisions within a socially and culturally diverse national society.

The Bosnia-Kosovo model was replicated in Libya and Syria.”

The fact that Washington is playing the Al-Qaeda card in Syria is an act of imperial desperation. Using terror is what empires in decline do. And the sad thing about it is that America’s national security is not threatened by Syria so it is flushing its money and reputation down the toilet.

Letting Jihadist terrorists, Saudis, Turks, and Israelis take the lead in Syria is not what a great power does. Washington should use its military power to make its dream of destroying Syria a reality. Deferring to Al-Qaeda, a thug in Turkey, and a corrupt royal family in Saudi Arabia is pathetic. If you are going to be a destroyer of the world then fully commit to the role.

Destruction is the only thing Washington has to offer to the world at this moment in time. This is what a great empire has come to: half-ass terrorism and mass murder. It is beyond sad.

America defeated the Nazis and Communists in the 20th century, why is it busying itself with third world dictators in this century? It is a waste of money, manpower, and most important of all, national honour.

You know you’re on the wrong side of history when your best friend in the Middle East is Al-Qaeda, and your so-called “special ally” isblackmailing you into committing suicide.

Teaming up with terrorists is a bad look for America. America should ditch Al-Qaeda and Israel, and restore ties with Iran.

Declassified document contradicts Cheney’s claim of Iraqi connection to 9/11

A document declassified this week by the National Security Archive reveals that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) delivered a briefing to the Bush administration which directly contradicts former Vice President Dick Cheney’s claim that 9/11 hijacker Mohamed Atta visited an Iraqi intelligence official in Prague.

The document (PDF), dated Dec. 1, 2001 and delivered to the White House on the 8th, claims that Atta “did not travel to the Czech Republic on 31 May 2000,” and adds that “the individual who attempted to enter the Czech Republic on 31 May 2000… was not the Atta who attacked the World Trade Center on 11 September 2001.”

Despite this briefing, just days later on Dec. 9, 2001, Cheney told the late Tim Russert, host of Meet the Press, that the meeting in Prague had been “pretty well confirmed.”

Well, what we now have that’s developed since you and I last talked, Tim, of course, was that report that’s been pretty well confirmed, that he did go to Prague and he did meet with a senior official of the Iraqi intelligence service in Czechoslovakia last April, several months before the attack. Now, what the purpose of that was, what transpired between them, we simply don’t know at this point. But that’s clearly an avenue that we want to pursue.

Cheney’s claim was one of the strongest rhetorical links between the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 and Iraq in the administration’s arguments for war, even though it was refuted by the CIA more than once. The initial allegation reportedly came from misinformed Czech intelligence agents, and almost became part of a 2003 speech by the president — a plan that was scrapped after the CIA station in Prague issued a still-classified cable insisting that it was not true.

Even after the CIA had again refuted the link between Iraq and the 9/11 hijacker, Cheney still repeated it during a Sept. 2003 appearance on Meet the Press. Shortly after Russert confronted him with polling that showed as much as 69 percent of Americans believed Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein was involved in the Sept. 11 attacks, Cheney responded:

With respect to 9/11, of course, we’ve had the story that’s been public out there. The Czechs alleged that Mohamed Atta, the lead attacker, met in Prague with a senior Iraqi intelligence official five months before the attack, but we’ve never been able to develop anymore of that yet either in terms of confirming it or discrediting it. We just don’t know. The problem with that now appears to be that the vice president did know the intelligence was bogus, but continued repeating it to support his argument for war. No link was ever established between the Iraqi regime and the attacks of Sept. 11.

Despite insisting publicly that no deal had been made to invade Iraq in the run-up to war, notes from aides to then-Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, which were subsequently handed to reporters, showed that he directed the Pentagon to draw up invasion plans on the evening of Sept. 11, 2001.

A survey conducted in Sept. of last year (PDF) by the University of Maryland found that at least 38 percent of Americans still believe the U.S. “found clear evidence in Iraq that Saddam Hussein was working closely with Al Qaeda.” An additional 15 percent still believe Iraq was “directly involved in carrying out” the Sept. 11 attacks.

It’s eleven years since the world changing events of 11th Sept 2001, used to justify wars abroad and erosion of civil liberties at home.

9/11 was the excuse for the Iraq war with claims of Al Qaeda links with Saddam Hussein, later shown to be entirely false. (1)

Outside the NATO area, world wide opinion polls indicate a highly sceptical public attitude to the Washington account of 9/11. (3)

Last year’s 9/11 opinion poll in the UK conducted by ICM on behalf of http://www.reinvestigate911.org showed only 7% of respondents believe they have been told the whole story of the 9/11 attacks. (4), (5)

The media in the NATO countries have failed to look into the many unanswered questions feeding public disquiet. Recent revelations have confirmed collusion between the New York Times and intelligence agencies (6).

Meanwhile most members of the 9/11 Commission have now distanced themselves from its findings. (16)

Here are some of the unanswered questions.

Could 9/11 have been nipped in the bud by the CIA’s then secret Osama Bin Laden unit who identified at least two of the alleged 9/11 hijackers as they entered the US, or the FBI’s three field offices which were refused permission to investigate individuals connected with the attacks?

Was 9/11 really such a surprise, as claimed by the Bush Administration? Not so according to newly released CIA documents (7), (8). Bush received several CIA intelligence warnings that attacks were ‘imminent’ in the summer of 2001. Yet Bush ignored them and took no defensive measures. Why?

Richard Clarke, (9) Bush’s anti-terrorism co-ordinator, has accused the CIA of deliberately withholding information that could have prevented the attacks. Ali Soufan, at the time the FBI’s lead Al Qaeda expert, has also criticised the CIA for blocking investigations of suspects prior to 9/11 (10). Why would the CIA and senior FBI administrators have made these decisions?

The events of the day have led to many independent experts posing still unanswered questions.

Andreas von Buelow, German intelligence expert and one time Defence Minister echoes the voices of many US military experts (and Gore Vidal writing in The Observer): “Why, for 60 decisive minutes, the military and intelligence agencies let the fighter planes stay on the ground?” (11)

There has been no detailed explanation for the unprecedented collapse of three multistorey steel frame buildings, World Trade Centre 1, 2, and 7 at near free fall speed, landing neatly in their own footprints. Most of the planes’ jet fuel was burnt off in the initial impacts and Building 7 was not even hit by a plane. The buildings were explicitly designed to withstand a high speed jet impact. (12) (13)

For the first time since the 9/11 attack, the federal government is on the verge of recognizing that people who lived near Ground Zero and first responders got cancer from toxic dust from the scene.

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health is expected to announce the findings on the 11th anniversary of the terrorist attack tomorrow.

The institute is responsible for deciding whether cancer should be among the illnesses covered by the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act.

Around 50 cancers are expected to be included.

The ruling will mean thousands of people who are sure they got sick in the aftermath of the outrage will be eligible for compensation.

Solving the Mystery of World Trade Center 7 begins with one of Europe’s top demolition experts examining WTC 7: “This is controlled demolition. Absolutely. It’s been imploded. It’s a hired job done by a team of experts.” Next WTC 7 is shown collapsing next to other buildings that are known to be controlled demolitions. As you will see, WTC 7 falls in the exact same manner. Narrator Ed Asner notes that it takes months to prepare a 47-story building like WTC 7 for controlled demolition.

Then there is footage from 9/11 where firefighters say, “The building is about to blow up. Move it back.” A medical student and other witnesses heard explosions and described a shock-wave ripping through Building 7 immediately before it imploded. An air force medic describes a 3-2-1 countdown to the implosion. Several reporters, including Dan Rather, immediately recognized that WTC 7 was a “planned implosion.”

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST/government) claims that WTC 7 collapsed due to office fires. However, Richard Gage, architect and founder of AE 911 Truth, points out that no steel skyscraper in history has ever collapsed due to such fires. Gage and structural engineers then prove that WTC 7 collapsed into its own foot print symmetrically at free-fall speed, which even NIST admits. For such a collapse to occur, every steel column would need to be cut at the exact same time. “The symmetry [of the collapse] is the smoking gun,” says another engineer.

Despite the fact that office fires cannot melt steel, there was plenty of molten steel at WTC 7. How did the steel melt? Numerous professors including Steven Jones and Niels Harrit found evidence ofactive thermetic material (nano-thermite) in the dust of WTC 7, that is high-tech explosives used to destroy steel structures. Nano-thermite would explain why 9/11 firefighters gave interviews stating that they saw molten metal “like lava, like being in a foundry.” NIST admits that despite nearly 3,000 people being killed in the 9/11 attacks and explosions (squibs) being clearly visible, they “did not test for the presence of explosive residue.” Most of the 9/11 debris were quickly destroyed by the government before they could be properly tested.

“Lucky” Larry Silverstein, the leaseholder of the World Trade Center on 9/11, admitted on television that Building 7 was “pulled,” a term associated with controlled demolition. Silverstein obtainedinsurance policies in July 2001 for his World Trade Center buildings with a face amount of $3.55 billion (less than two months before 9/11). After 9/11, Silverstein sued the insurance companies arguing that two planes were two separate attacks. He eventual won and was awarded up to $4.57 billion, depending on an appraisal that followed. Lucky Larry, who’ office was in the World Trade Center buildings where he admits he was everyday, claimed he wasn’t there on 9/11 because hiswife scheduled him a dermatologist appointment that day and demanded he go. Four of Larry’s employees on the 88th floor weren’t so lucky, nor were their families.

Additionally, the BBC and other news outlets reported that Building 7 had collapsed 23 minutes before it actually did. This indicates that the news script had been written with foreknowledge of the demolition.

Top US government insider Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik said that Osama Bin Laden died in 2001 of Marfan syndrome and that he was prepared to testify in front of a grand jury that a top general told him directly that 9/11 was a false flag inside job. Pieczenik cannot be dismissed as a “conspiracy theorist”. He served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under three different administrations, Nixon, Ford and Carter, while also working under Reagan and Bush senior, and still works as a consultant for the Department of Defense. A former US Navy Captain, Pieczenik achieved two prestigious Harry C. Solomon Awards at the Harvard Medical School as he simultaneously completed a PhD at MIT.

“They ran the attacks,” said Pieczenik, specifically naming members of the Bush administration …“I taught stand down and false flag operations at the national war college, I’ve taught it with all my operatives so I knew exactly what was done to the American public,” he added.

Pieczenik is not alone as hundreds of senior government officials challenge the official 9/11 story.

According to former FBI Special Agent in Charge, Ted Gunderson, 9/11 was an obvious inside job. Witnesses like Jeffrey Smith agree.

The authors of the Project for the New American Century’s (PNAC) report entitle Rebuilding America’s Defenses remain unaccountable. In the Report, written one year before 9/11, they state that Americans will not support the military conquest of the Middle East “absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event––like a new Pearl Harbor.” That Pearl Harbor was 9/11, which served as the pretext for the invasions of Afghanistan, Iraq, and predator drone bombings in Pakistan. PNAC members and/or report signatories include Dick Cheney (Council on Foreign Relations), Elliott Abrams (CFR), Richard Armitage (CFR), Donald Rumsfeld (CFR), Paul Wolfowitz (CFR), Robert Zoellick (CFR), Lewis (Scooter) Libby, William Kristol (CFR), Steve Forbes , John Bolton (CFR), Richard Perle (Bilderberg), and many more.

Three months before 9/11, Vice President Dick Cheney usurped control of NORAD, and therefore he alone had the power to call for military aircraft on the hijacked airliners on 9/11. He did not exercise that power until after the World Trade Center and Pentagon were destroyed, when he hadFlight 93 shot down. On the contrary, the Secretary of Transportation on 9/11, Norman Mineta, testified that Dick Cheney gave a stand-down order to U.S. air defense on 9/11. Three months after 9/11, Cheney relinquished command of NORAD and returned it to military operation. Dick Cheneywas the CEO of Halliburton before becoming vice president. Halliburton was awarded no bid contracts to occupy Iraq. After 9/11 Cheney said that the government was going to have to operate in the shadows and “work towards the dark side” in secret.

According to Pulitzer Prize winning journalist, Seymour Hersch, Dick Cheney also wanted a false flag event to start a war against the people of Iran. Hersh explained that during the meeting in Cheney’s office, an idea was considered to dress up Navy Seals as Iranians, put them on fake Iranian speedboats, and have U.S. forces shoot at them. This idea, intended to provoke an Iran war, was ultimately rejected.

Dr. Robert Bowman, Lt. Col., USAF, ret., the former head of the Star Wars missile defense program under Presidents Ford and Carter, has gone public to say that the official version of 9/11 is a conspiracy theory and his main suspect for the architect of the attack is Vice President Dick Cheney.

On the morning of 9/11, President George W. Bush visited children at an elementary school. Certain vocabulary words were repeated by the class as Bush watched: “HIT, STEEL, PLANE, MUST.” If we change the order we get PLANE MUST HIT STEEL. In your face.

Shortly after 9/11, George W. Bush gave a speech in which he proclaimed that: “The hijackers were instruments of evil… Behind them is a cult of evil, which seeks to harm the innocent and thrives on human suffering. Theirs is the worst kind of cruelty, the cruelty that is fed, not weakened by tears. Theirs is the worst kind of violence, pure malice while daring to claim the authority of God… It is enough to understand that evil, like goodness, exists. And in the terrorists, evil has found a willing servant.” The “cult of evil behind the hijackers” wouldn’t be Skull and Bones, which formed the CIA (Bin Laden’s employer) and to which three generations of Bushs belong?

Donald Rumsfeld announced that the Pentagon could not account for $2.3 trillion dollars onSeptember 10, 2001. The next day, the story was conveniently lost in the news of the 9/11 attacks. Rumsfeld also admitted that Flight 93 was shot down, which was obvious given the fact that parts of the plane were found scattered over 8-miles.

A number of top pentagon officials and San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown were warned not to fly into New York on the morning of 9/11. Why didn’t the people on the targeted planes get the same warnings?

The FBI had foreknowledge of the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing and refused to stop it. Their informant wanted to replace the live bomb with a fake but the FBI then removed him from the case. The informant felt he was being set-up by the FBI and taped his conversations with the agents. The bombing killed six people and injured over 1,000.

In March of 2001, just months prior to 9/11, former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, wanted to restructure the US government, giving special terror authority to the Executive Branch. Newt impossibly predicted 9/11 and the following Anthrax attacks months before they happened, and planned the anti-Constitutional response.

A special backup network that allows communications between government and military agencies to continue during emergencies was “miraculously” switched on the day before 9/11, and so was already operational when the terrorist attacks in New York and at the Pentagon took place. The Special Routing Arrangement Service (SRAS) was, for reasons unknown, turned on for “exercise mode” on September 10, 2001, and was therefore ready to be utilized the following day, when there was a national emergency like that for which it was intended.

Brenton Greene, the director of the NCS on September 11, told the 9/11 Commission that on September 10, 2001, “miraculously, the SRAS system was turned on for exercise mode and thus it was ready to function on September 11.” Therefore, when the NCS was required to assist the government’s response to the terrorist attacks, the “SRAS was already in exercise mode and operational.”

Governments, including the U.S. government, admit they engage in false flag terror like Operation Northwoods, the Gulf of Tonkin incident, Operation Glaudio, Pearl Harbor, 1993 World Trade Center, Oklahoma City, USS Liberty, Christmas Day event, 7/7, and the list includes every major event leading to war.

Al-Qaeda is nothing more than a database of mercenary fighters trained and funded by the Pentagon and CIA. In 1979, al Qaeda, in the form of the Mujahedeen / Taliban, was America’s secret weapon in Operation Cyclone. While rallying the public behind a war in Afghanistan and Iraq after 9/11, the Bush Administration clandestinely let members of the bin Laden family quietly fly out of the United States, even while all other flights were grounded. It would be revealed in articles about the “Airlift of Evil,” that U.S. forces also covertly exported Taliban forces from Afghanistan to Pakistan to protect them from defeat after 9/11.

Osama Bin Laden’s family did business with the Bush’s for decades and invested with the Bush’s in the Carlyle Group. Bin Laden was a leader of the U.S. proxy army known as the Mujahedeen that defeated the Soviets in Afghanistan. Bin Laden met with FBI agent Ted Gunderson to purchase stinger missiles to use against the Soviets.

Al Qaeda leader Anwar Al-Awlaki was claimed to be the first American on the CIA’s kill or capture list, but he was also a lunch guest of military brass at the Pentagon within months after 9/11. According to Army Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer, Al-Awlaki was a triple-agent and FBI assetprior to 9/11.

Adam Gadahn, the so-called Al Qaeda spokesman and leader, who allegedly produced Al-Qaeda videos like those scary ones with men wearing masks climbing across monkey bars in the desert. His story and the charges against him lack solid facts as you can see by reading his profile.

In short, Osama Bin Laden’s family had close ties to the Bush family and Osama was an admitted CIA asset. Anwar Al-Awlaki was an American born in the United States. Adam Gadahn was an American born in the United States. Al Qaeda was “made in the U.S.A.”

Additionally, many of the alleged 9/11 hijackers are “alive and well.” “The reason why 9/11 was not mentioned on Osama Bin Laden’s most wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11,” said Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI.

Al Qaeda is still funded and supported by the U.S. and NATO for the purpose of destabilizing Libya and Syria with help from British SAS troopers.

Even the BBC admits that Al Qaeda does not really exist as we have been told it does.

The alleged 9/11 mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, only confessed after being waterboarding(tortured) 183 times during March of 2003. Mohammed’s was also told that his children would be harmed and even confessed to murdering journalist Daniel Peale, despite the fact that he clearly did not commit that murder.

John Yoo, President George W. Bush’s legal advisor and author of the infamous torture memos, says there is no legal issues with crushing the testicles of a terror suspect’s child to extract information. Yoo has been convicted of war crimes and teaches law at UC Berkeley.

The story of the Navy Seal Team 6 raid that allegedly killed Bin Laden is also an obvious fraud. Maybe that’s why Seal Team 6 soldiers allegedly died in a helicopter crash weeks after the fabled raid.

There is an abundance of evidence that the U.S. government had foreknowledge of the attacks andinsider stock trading on companies most affected by 9/11 increased dramatically the prior week.

Mike Springman, the former head of the American visa bureau in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, blew the whistle and revealed that the alleged 9/11 hijackers were provided visas from the CIA.

Evidence of 9/11 foreknowledge indicates that Al-Qaeda (a perceived outside threat) is from Report from Iron Mountain or Hermann Goering’s war playbook:

George W. Bush planned to stage a false flag attack after 9/11 to justify the invasion of Iraq. “Mr. Bush told Mr. Blair that the US was so worried about the failure to find hard evidence against Saddam that it thought of “flying U2 reconnaissance aircraft planes with fighter cover over Iraq, painted in UN colours”. Mr. Bush added: “If Saddam fired on them, he would be in breach [of UN resolutions]”.

Abundant evidence links Israeli intelligence agencies to 9/11. Of the 90 or so detained Israelis after 9/11, there was a group of five Israelis, now widely known as the “dancing Israelis“, who were spotted in multiple locations filming, and celebrating the attacks. The men were detained by NYPD. The police and FBI field agents became very suspicious when they found maps of the city with certain places highlighted, box cutters (the same items that the hijackers supposedly used), $4,700 cash stuffed in a sock, and foreign passports. The dancing Israelis later appeared on an Israeli talk show and claimed to be “documenting the event”. Witnesses reported they were set up PRIOR to the first plane strike, and were seen congratulating one another afterward. The five jubilant Israelis were also seen photographing one another.

Christopher Bollyn has also researched the Israel link to 9/11.

Best Selling author Joel Rosenburg predicted a 9/11 type event in his book The Last Jihad, nine months before it happened. Interestingly, Rosenberg “served as a communications advisor for a number of U.S. and Israeli leaders, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu…” Rosenburg’s latest book is entitled Implosion; very fitting considering the implosion of the World Trade Center Towers symbolized the future implosion of the real U.S. economy which was finalized in 2008 as we will soon find out.

Zbigniew Brzezinski, Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor and CFR/Trilateral Commission/Bilderberg member and the man that created Al Qaeda, suggested that the government carryout false-flag operations on the United States to justify war with Iran.

In his 1997 Book, The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives,Brzezinski wrote of the necessity for the U.S. to seize control the Eurasian Balkans , “…the Eurasian Balkans are infinitely more important as a potential economic prize: an enormous concentration of natural gas and oil reserves is located in the region, in addition to important minerals, including gold.”

Brzezinski is well known for his quote that “today it is infinitely easier to kill a million people then to control a million people.” He also wrote: “The technotronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values. Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities.”

Like Brzezinski, CFR member Gary Hart wrote a letter suggesting that the U.S. would engage in false flag operations to justify military actions against Iran. In fact, he references several past admittedly staged events such as the sinking of the Maine and Gulf of Tonkin incident.

FBI translator Sibel Edmonds, was dismissed and gagged by the D.O.J. after she revealed that the government had foreknowledge of plans to attack American cities using planes as bombs as early as April 2001. In July of ’09, Edmonds broke the Federal gag order and went public to reveal that Osama Bin Laden, Al Qaeda and the Taliban were all working for and with the C.I.A. up until the day of 9/11.

A Boeing 757 has a wingspan of 125 feet yet the pre-collapse hole in the Pentagon was approximately 16 feet wide. Not one photo of a plane hitting the Pentagon, one of most secure and video monitored buildings in the world, has been released. Army Specialist, April Gallop, who was injured by the Pentagon explosion and saw the hole that it caused, saw no evidence that a plane hit the building. Preliminary CNN reports found no evidence that a plane hit the Pentagon.

The 9/11 Commission Report is a 571 Page Lie that omits WTC Building 7. Documents reveal that the government warned the 9/11 Commission against getting to the bottom of the September 11 terror attacks in a letter signed by Attorney General John Ashcroft, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and CIA Director George J. Tenet. Additionally, Bush and Cheney refused to appear before the Commission separately and both refused to testify under oath, instead meeting with panel members informally and in private, with no recordings of the meeting allowed.

The senior counsel to the 9/11 Commission, John Farmer, said that the government agreed not to tell the truth about 9/11. Senator Max Cleland, resigned from the 9/11 Commission after calling it a “national scandal.” Cleland also said, “One of these days we will have to get the full story because the 9-11 issue is so important to America. But this White House wants to cover it up.”

9/11 Commissioner Bob Kerry said, “There are ample reasons to suspect that there may be some alternative to what we outlined in our version,” Kerry said. The commission had limited time and limited resources to pursue its investigation, and its access to key documents and witnesses was fettered by the administration.” 9/11 Commissioner Tim Roemer, stated that Commission members were considering a criminal probe of false statements. As quoted, “We were extremely frustrated with the false statements we were getting.”

Journalist Luke Rudkowski finds the Chairman of the 9/11 Commission Report Thomas Kean and won’t leave him alone until the unanswered questions about 9/11 are answered. Of course Kean run’s away, dodges questions and calls over security during the questioning when asked about Philip Zelikow’s 9/11 Commission outline, that was written before the investigation started.

Drills such as “Vigilant Guardian” were being run during the 9/11 attacks which confused U.S. NORAD (air defense) personnel and pilots. London underground bombing ‘exercises’ also took place at the same time of the 7/7 terror attacks. Police sources confirmed that hours before Anders Behring Breivik launched his deadly attack at a political summer camp on Utøya island on July 22, police had conducted a drill for a “practically identical scenario.” The chance that drills would be going at the same time and in the same locations as the actual attacks is statistically impossiblefor one event, let alone all three of them.

Several informed people such as Alex Jones, William Cooper and Lyndon LaRouche predicted 9/11 based on the corporate media’s predictive programming in the months preceding the attacks.

9/11 served as the justification for the invasion of Afghanistan, where U.S. troops guard and support the opium trade. As of 2010, estimates state that 19,629 Afghans were killed and 48,644 injured due to the invasion. Ninety-two percent of Afghans have never even heard of 9/11.

9/11 served as the justification for the invasion of Iraq, where British Petroleum and Halliburton increased their profits. Despite having no connection to 9/11, as of 2010,estimates state that 900,338 Iraqis have been killed, 1,690,903 injured and millions displaced.

Many people were deceived into joining the military to avenge 9/11 by invading Afghanistan and Iraq. As of August 20, 2011, there have been 2,689 coalition troop deaths in Afghanistan and 4,792 in Iraq. It is estimated that over 100,000 coalition troops have been wounded, with many loosing limbs. One American soldier commits suicide every day.

Pat Tillman wanted to tell you truth but “friendly fire” shot him in the three times from just thirty feet away.

As far back as March 2003, immediately after the invasion, Tillman famously told his comradeSpc. Russell Baer, “You know, this war is so fucking illegal,” and urged his entire platoon to vote against Bush in the 2004 election. Far from the gung-ho gruff stereotype attributed to him, Tillman was actually a fiercely intellectual man with the courage of his convictions firmly in place.

The dumbed-down and indoctrinated American public is willing to attend motivational speeches given by war criminals and those that should be indicted by a grand jury for 9/11.

Dozens of documentaries have obliterated the official 9/11 story.

On the morning of 9/11, George W. Bush, Sr. attended a Carlyle Group meeting that Bin Laden’s Brother, Shafig bin Laden, also attended. The Bush and Bin Laden families both invested in the Carlyle Group, which is one of the world’s largest defense contractors and profited greatly from 9/11 and the War on Terror. In October 1997 Carlyle acquired United Defense Industries.

Solicitor General Ted Olson’s claim that his wife Barbara Olsen called him twice from Flight 77, describing hijackers with box cutters, was a central plank of the official 9/11 story. However, the technology to enable cell phone calls from high-altitude airline flights was not created until 2004. American Airlines confirmed that Flight 77 was a Boeing 757 and that this plane did not have airplane phones on board. According to the FBI, Barbara Olsen attempted to call her husband only once and the call failed to connect.

On October 22, 2008, Yukihisa Fujita, Congressman for the Democratic Party of Japan made a 20-minute speech on the floor of the Japanese Diet or House of Representatives. For the third time that year he directly questioned the official version of 9/11.

Former Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge wrote in his book that he was pressured by other members of President George W. Bush’s Cabinet to raise the nation’s terror alert just before the 2004 presidential election. Ridge did not believe there was a legitimate need to raise the alert.

On September 11, 2001 at around 10am, a giant white plane was seen and filmed over restricted airspace near the White House. The aircraft, later identified as an E-4B modified Boeing 747-200, has never been officially explained and was completely left out of the now infamous 9/11 Commission Report like Building 7. Victor Thorn, an author and writer for American Free Press, has reported that after speaking with author Mark Gaffney he confirmed that the E-4B has the ability to communicate with all military commands worldwide. It can essentially be used as a complete substitute for the Pentagon. According to Gaffney as well as the Omaha World Herald, three E-4Bs were involved in a massive war game simulation called Global Guardian on the day of the 9/11 terror attacks. Even more suspicious, multiple authors and researchers have confirmed that none other than Trilateral Commission and Bilderberg attendee Brent Scowcroft was aboard the E-4B seen near the White House. In the past E-4Bs have been used in continuity of government exercises and on the day of 9/11 it is very possible that this was exactly what happened. Officials on board, obviously somehow aware that no plane was going to hit the White House, could have been planning and attempting to execute a sort of coup to take control of the country.

Five days after the 9/11 attack, Christie Todd Whitman, then head of the Environmental Protection Agency, stated that the ground zero air was safe to breathe. However, the EPA’s own Office of the Inspector General later revealed that this was an outright lie as Asbestos levels were known to be three times higher than national standards. “Whitman’s deliberate and misleading statements to the press, where she reassured the public that the air was safe to breathe around lower Manhattan and Brooklyn, and that there would be no health risk presented to those returning to those areas, shocks the conscience,” Manhattan Federal Judge Deborah Batts wrote in February 2006. Now that it is public knowledge and proven that the government conspired to lie about the toxic dust, putting thousands of people’s lives at risk, and leading to the deaths of hundreds, why on earth should we so readily believe any other aspect of what they told us in the days and weeks after the tragic event?

On page 14 of Sunstein’s January 2008 white paper entitled “Conspiracy Theories,” he proposed that “under imaginable conditions” the government “might ban conspiracy theorizing” and could “impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories.” In effect, Obama’s information czar wants to tax or ban outright, as in make illegal, opinions and ideas that the government doesn’t approve of. COINTELPRO was used against Martin Luther King Jr. and “almost all groups protesting the Vietnam War.”

The threat of real terrorism (not government sponsored) is a total fraud. More Americans civilians die from intestinal illness than from terrorism. Figures collected in a study clearly show that Americans are just as likely, or more likely, to be killed by accident-causing deer or severe allergic reactions to peanuts than they are in terrorist attacks.

“Number of American civilians who died worldwide in terrorist attacks last year: 8 — Minimum number who died after being struck by lightning: 29.” That’s the threat in the name of which a vastdomestic Security State is constructed, wars and other attacks are and continue to be launched, and trillions of dollars are transferred to the private security and defense contracting industry at exactly the time that Americans — even as they face massive wealth inequality — are told that they must sacrifice basic economic security because of budgetary constraints.

The homeland security apparatus that was created after 9/11 to allegedly monitor foreign terrorists has now been turned inward, with Homeland Security focused on “domestic terror threats.” Such threats include returning U.S. war veterans, libertarians, opposition to the private Federal Reserve banking cartel, and constitutionalists.

Despite the contents of this article, the mainstream corporate media continues to state that there is “no evidence” casting doubt on the government’s 9/11 story. Skewed or outright fake polls are often cited while polls showing that the majority doubts the official 9/11 story are ignored. By refusing to report powerful evidence clearly demonstrating that 9/11 was a false flag event using controlled demolition, it can be argued that the corporate media is aiding and abetting terrorists, thereby becoming accessories to 9/11 and the subsequent wars and deaths.

9/11 First Responders – including police, fire fighters, EMTs and others– were barred from attending the ceremony commemorating the 10th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Instead, warmongering politicians including Obama and George W. Bush will grandstand at Ground Zero.

9/11 served as the justification for the Constitution-shredding Patriot Act, warrantless-wiretaps of U.S. citizens, indefinite detention under the NDAA, FEMA Camps and other devastating attacks on unalienable rights. It was also used to justify torture of those that allegedly fought against U.S. invasions of their countries and possibly even their children.

After 9/11, Homeland Security imposed unpopular TSA naked body scanners and groping pat-downs on travelers and their children. In addition to conditioning the public to accept warrantless searches at airports, the DHS has rolled out checkpoints, mobile x-ray vans on public streets & highways, on trains, buses and boats, as well as at sport stadiums, hotels and shopping malls and beyond. Whistle blower Russell Tice revealed that the NSA is spying on Americans without warrants and building a database of everyone. Likewise, Mark Klein revealed that AT&T is working with the government to monitor all internet activity and emails.

9/11 was used for the destruction of posse comitatus. Now military police kidnap people off the streets in broad daylight and stuff them into unmarked cars. The TSA has invaded roads and highways with VIPR checkpoints in violation of the 4th Amendment.

9/11 and the War on Terror Hoax has been used to transform the United States into a technocratic police state ruled by iron fisted murderous criminals. 9/11 lead to the National Defense Act of 2011becoming law, which allows for U.S. citizens to be detained indefinitely without charges, trial, or any type of due process.
